Cottonwood Café
In 1994, DBC was asked to redevelop the old F.C. Lamar mansion into its third iteration as a local dining establishment. An east coast entrepreneur had purchased the property and was interested in a complete redefinition of the grounds and building interior. After a complete gutting and rebuilding of the restaurant’s interior, a new commercial kitchen was built and the grounds redesigned and reestablished into one of Tucson’s premier outdoor dining experience. The late 1990’s again brought change when the Cottonwood Café located at 60 N. Alvernon became the old Pueblo Grill
