Located on the challenging terrain of Lot 42 of Honeybee Estates, this 3,600 sq. ft. single-family residence captures the spirit of its surrounding by framing views and retaining earth for outdoor living spaces. The material palette consists of adobe, scoria, concrete and exposed structural steel. The design incorporates expansive amounts of glass to blur the separation between the interior and the surrounding desert.
